Our surroundings need more than just pretty things to fill spaces. Finding pieces that have a history and tell a story, gives our spaces character and evokes a sense of feeling about the people that live in that space.
It’s easy to purchase mass produced reproductions of furniture, and rush through the process, without really thinking about giving ourselves something unique and one of a kind.
Repurposing gives all of us the opportunity to live in a “Green” way and treat our environment with respect.
All of the pieces I’ve selected for this posting, have one thing in common, they have been given a second chance for a new life!
I honestly don’t believe our spaces really come alive with the same Electricity or Vibe unless we have mixed it up with the old and the new for an interesting “Juxtaposition”!
